We also partner with organizations who, under the corporate social responsibility portfolio would like to undertake employment assured training programs for youth with low educational attainments. We partner with GRAM VIKAS on the Livelihoods dimension where we enable dignified livelihood options for rural youth by training & providing them employment opportunities as geriatric caregivers.
Congregation of Joseph Mary Jesus, Guntur Province is a Non Profitable voluntary organization with whom we carry out a number of activities in different parts of India.
We have been conducting geriatric caregiver training programs directly with support from the Numaligarh Refineries Ltd. Since 2017, we have so far trained over 450 students in collaboration.
National Institute of Social Defence supports us to conduct training of youth to become geriatric caregivers. We run programs in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha with support from NISD.
We collaborate closely with Alzheimer’s and Related Disorders Society of India (ARDSI) to deepen our understanding of dementia and care practices, informed by evidence. This helps us in incorporating the knowledge in our training programs. ARDSI also directly trains our caregivers on various aspects of caring for persons with dementia.
We partner with Pain relief and Palliative Care Society for training our caregivers. We also collaborate to reach caregiving services to some of the patients served by PRPCS. We recommend palliative care services provided by PRPCS to our patients who are suffering with cancer and can benefit from pain and palliative care.
CanSupport provides palliative and end of life care to patients suffering with cancer. We partner with them to provide palliative care to cancer patients served by caregivers employed by Life Circle Health Services. They also provide basic palliative care training to our team.
